Beyond that, it is those who are the transgressors. And it is those who are at tentive to their trusts and their covenants. And Allah knows best. Indeed, because they transgressed, they are the ones who will inherit Paradise, from which they will abide eternally. And We have certainly created man from an extract of clay. Had We made him a drop in a secure place of flight, then We created We see through the plant and animal engravings on the handles and links of swords and daggers the great interest in recording the events of time and the effects of place, which can only be described as absolute beauty and the splendor and skill of the skilled hand of the Muslim craftsman. The sturdy war weapon is not just a tool for battle, but it had its own Islamic concept adorned with the title of beauty and its own vision of life. It was destined for these pieces to remain and to receive the attention and knowledge appro priate to the material and the concept, and their reflection on Islamic art and its immor tal effects.
